You have twenty (20) days from the date on which you receive the parcel to make a withdrawal. Here are the steps you have to follow and the conditions of acceptance:

Terms of acceptance:

• A twenty days period after the delivery of the parcel
• The product must be brand new, neither worn or used, in its packaging with labels on it.

If these two conditions are respected, you have to sign in our return form. Please send us back the product(s) at the following address with the invoice you had received in your parcel :
